A Guy And Two Friends

I wish that things

weren't this way

but our good times

are yesterday.

I used to look

toward tomorrow

but now what I see

is deep pain and sorrow.

A guy and two friends

is all that it takes

to make this world war

and that's what it makes.

I don't ever think

being friends was a lie

but really what's hard

is saying "Good-Bye".
