Love
LOVE
My friends tell me
to give up on you
but that's one thing
I cannot do,
I will not change
the way I feel
this time for sure
I know it's real.
I cannot do it
my mouth goes dry
it's just so hard
to say goodbye.
I try to act
strong and bold
but on the inside
my heart is cold.
I wrote this poem
to help me say
that no one will stop me
from feeling this way.
