I Was Right
I WAS RIGHT
I told you I hate you
you couldn't have cared
cuz the friendship we had
never was shared.
It was so right of me
to tell you goodbye
but even so
I had a good cry.
It felt like suicide
turning on you
I'm glad I did it
it was the right thing to do.
It left me with
a broken heart
but I had to find
somewhere to start.
I trusted you (and)
you turned your back
honest is
something you lack.
This time our friendship
had to end
my heart broke
it did not bend.
This poem isn't
very good
but I had to tell you
the best I could.
